Plant Controller

PE Industrial is looking for a Plant Controller that operates in a production reality within Automotive sector for the production of plastic, metal and semi-finished components. He/She will be based in Vercelli area, at the production site. Plant’s turnover is approx. € 50M with 180 HC, staff included. Part of the responsibility is to interface with all other sister plants located all over the world, including the HQ based in France. Group turnover> € 1B

Responsibility

 He/She will have direct reporting the CFO of PE Industrial and to the site’s General Manager and will have direct responsibility and supervision of finance organization, coordination of the administrative, accounting and financial services. Total resources will manage 4 resources
In detail:

  • Management control for reporting, forecasting, budgeting and industrial accounting
  • Administrative management control for accounting, treasury and tax
  • Ensure the correct keeping of the general accounts based on current legislation
  • Dealing with active and passive cycles, VAT accounting, treasury
  • Prepare the settlement records for annual and infra-annual financial statements
  • • Collaborate with the General Management for the definition of the objectives and strategies of economic and financial management
  • Deal with company’s sr. management and monitoring the corporate cash flows

Skills & experiences requested:

 Only professional candidates that meet the following requirements will be evaluated for the process:

  • Degree in Economics
  • >2Y of experience within Administration and Finance area that operated within structured and modern organized companies
  • Experience with companies that operated within manufacturing sectors
  • Ability to manage teams and knowledge of SAP
  • Previous experience gained within a consulting firm is appreciated
  • Fluent English and Italian. Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus

Place of work: Vercelli area (Piemont, Italy)

Contract details:
  • Trial period of 6 months, then transition to a permanent contract
  • The contract can be also manage with candidate that operates as independent consultant (Partita IVA)
  • Package (gross salary): € 40 / 45K + annual bonus
